• Do not buy, sell or promote stolen, counterfeit or prohibited items (see our Prohibited Items Policy for full details).
• Comply with all local laws and regulations related to the transfer of ownership.

4. Respect Transaction Integrity

• Communicate promptly and transparently with buyers and sellers.
• Honor agreed-upon prices and conditions — no last-minute changes or hidden fees.
• Do not attempt to conduct transactions off-platform to avoid fees or enforcement.

5. Maintain Safety and Reliability

• Arrange delivery and item handovers in safe, professional environments.
• Use Ohtel’s messaging system to coordinate logistics and maintain recorded communication.

6. No Spam or Self-Promotion

• Do not post irrelevant or repeated listings.
• Avoid using listings or messages to promote unrelated services, websites or marketing content.

7. Use Real Business or Identity Information

• Represent yourself or your business truthfully — no fake identities or misleading business names.
• Keep profile and contact information up to date so users can reach you easily.

8. Report Issues Responsibly

• If you encounter suspicious or inappropriate behavior, use the platform’s reporting features.
• Do not abuse the reporting system to harass or discredit others.

Violations and Enforcement

Ohtel reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts or take other appropriate action in response to violations of these guidelines to maintain trust and integrity within the platform.
